Sherri is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with certifications in Human Resources Management and Immigration Law. She has extensive knowledge of foreign recruitment and Immigration Law and having practiced Human Resources for over 25 years, she possesses the business acumen required to understand the needs of organizations and the ability to make it happen! Sherri is widely known for her “roll up her sleeves”, grass roots, maritime hospitality approach and her welcoming, inclusive presence. She has many years of experience in facilitating and she is always primed to share her knowledge and resources.
Sheri Nicolle is a progressive strategic human resources executive with a strong blend of strategic and tactical skills, with an emphasis on being an effective change agent that knows how to solidify a culture that resonates, attracts, and retains the best people. Her experience is significant in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, and leading effective Change Management practices with an emphasis on being a Builder and Innovator of new systems and processes. She is also recognized as an impactful coach for leadership and management skills, aligning HR vision and strategy to business goals for leaders and executives.
Francine Drisdelle-Mercuri, a Bilingual HR professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership, recruitment, learning and development, change management, employee engagement and employee relations to name a few. Proven skills in developing and implementing company-wide human resources policies and programs that meet corporate and business strategies including realignments in mergers and acquisitions. Extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing human resources operations both regionally and nationally in multiple industries including but not limited to Telecommunications, Call Centre operations, Transportations, Sales and Manufacturing.
